According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Bayern Munich are set to send Douglas Costa back to Juventus this month.
Last summer, the Brazilian transferred to Allianz Arena on a season-long loan, but has struggled under Hansi Flick for regular playing time.
When he returns, Juve wants to send Costa out on loan to another club, with Wolves and Manchester United among those who in the past have been linked to his services.
“Douglas Costa joined Juventus on loan last summer,” explained Rummenigge. “And he will definitively join Juventus next summer for an overall fee of 46 million euros.”
In 2015, Costa joined Bayern from Shakhtar Donetsk, and made 77 appearances for the record Bundesliga champions in all competitions, adding 14 goals and 27 assists. The permanent move to Series A next summer would make it the most lucrative sale in the history of Bayern.
